Hello hello my fellow coaches! I am so excited that you’re back for another episode of the LifeChanger Podcast, because what I talk about today will help you keep revenue and grow your business even further. That’s right, I’m going to break down for you how to prevent refund requests in your own coaching businesses. In this episode Sterling talks about the following: Refunds and how to avoid them. Turning around refund requests to keep the client on board. Avoiding refunds without guarantees. Making that client connection.   The best time to prevent refunds, is before they’re even asked for. Undersell and overdeliver on your front end, help your clients to see where their future is heading, and make sure that you’re working with your ideal clients. As soon as someone enrolls - make that client connection, over-deliver on their expectations, help them see where they are going within your program, and welcome them into your program with open arms. Give people the experience of being coached and giving them value as soon as possible. 5 Strategies to NEVER get Refunds   Future Pace - Help your client see the way forward and see the transition they’ll experience in their lives from this decision. Refocus their mind on what they’ll be getting out of this experience.   Enroll the right clients. Remember when I talked about finding your ideal clients, those are the people that you want to be enrolling into your program. If you get asked for a refund, get them on the phone for another real conversation and determine if you’re a good fit for you and resell the right clients back to your program. Undersell, over-deliver. Client connection.   Things Mentioned In This Episode: Links to resources:
