Entrepreneurs do their best in their own “genius zone” where you do your best work and change the world when doing them. Every person has a “genius zone” and tasks that they are brilliant at, but we all also have zones in which we are just “competent” and the zone of “idiot”. That is the zone that you need to stay away from! But it’s up to each entrepreneur to figure out what tasks fall into their own “zone of idiot” and then figure out a way to hire those specific tasks out! By hiring those tasks out, you can focus on your genius zone, changing more lives and growing your business how you want faster. It is scary to hire out certain tasks to someone else, but trust me - finding someone who looks at your “idiot zone” with “genius eyes” is the way to get things done.
