Welcome back my fellow LifeChangers and thank you so much for joining me again today. This episode of The LifeChanger Podcast is a very special one, because my guest, Hector Gonzales, and I tackle one of the most asked questions we get at the LifeChanger Academy.  In this episode Sterling talks about the following: The # 1 question LifeChanger Academy Students get asked by potential clients.      Differences between high ticket coaches and low ticket trainers. The 3 things Sterling learned about becoming a successful online coach.      Building a community of support     The 5 things online fitness coaching can offer that an in person low ticket trainer does not.     The # 1 question we get asked by fellow LifeChangers in the LifeChanger Academy is “why should my clients hire me over a less expensive personal trainer?” Truth is, there are many reasons why an online fitness coach is often a better option when people are really looking to change. Online coaching offers way more support than what an in person fitness trainer could ever deliver in just a few hours at the gym each week. High performers, and people who are really dedicated to themselves will pay more for the luxury service that online coaching offers. When people are going to spend money on something like this, they are buying the connection and community. They want more than just the content or strategies - those things can be found online just about anywhere. See, what people want and will pay for is the culture, connection, and personal mentorship. Personal training at a gym is typically only going to offer a few hours a week and the trainer is paid by the hour. At the very best that trainer would give the client other workouts for the rest of the week, and possibly a meal plan. As an online fitness coach you can and should offer so much more than that.  You’re a personal mentor to work through challenges in real time, you offer a community of support and a community of others who are making the same mindset shifts. Clients don’t pay for the workout plan or strategy, they are paying for and want the coaching, community, support through this lifestyle change, and the strategy to make it happen for them. 5 Things Online Coaching Offers Access 24/7 Coaching & Accountability Connection To You Surprise & Delight Your Clients Community   Things Mentioned In This Episode:   Links to resources:
