Creating more leads - from ads to funnels to events.            The difference between making a few grand a month to a six figure income is all about your leads. Organic leads are great, but there are tons of other places you can generate leads from - and once you hit a certain point in your business you need to expand to those other options in order to keep growing. In order to scale your business and keep growing you need to focus on unlimited lead generation, consistent mastery of high ticket sales, systemize your backend delivery, and develop a retention program. Lead Generation Hire an assistant! Develop a retention program! Create a referral marketing program! Investing in paid ads! Set up a marketing funnel! When able - quit dividing your time with other jobs! You do not have to do everything yourself, hiring an assistant or salesperson can be a lifesaver for you and your business. Find a way to keep current clients on as customers - put a solid retention program into place and build a referral program into that too! Not only will you keep your current clients you’ll get new ones from them too. When you start making enough money each month you need to set up both paid ads and a marketing funnel to bring you new leads. Similarly, when you are financially able to - quit any other part time or full time jobs you have. Focus your time, energy, and effort on growing your business.
