We’re going to tackle how you can get enough leads to start making 20k a month in your online coaching business! Are you ready for these gainz? In this episode Sterling talks about the following: Transformation takes time. Think about the “next stage” program. Point your clients to the long-term - especially when they express frustration about the time it’s taking to see transformation. Networking is the skill that can take you to the next income level. Getting referrals from your clients. Anneliese and I dive right in and talk about a few key elements in scaling your online coaching business. Have multiple programs - transformation is a process, it’s a journey, it doesn’t just happen overnight or in a single 12-week program. You need to have a phase 2, a phase 3, and different platforms where you can keep your clients on the right track to complete their goals and reach their fullest fitness potential. Getting clients to sign up for the next step each time is a great way to keep them as clients AND to gain referrals by offering referral bonuses. Asking your current clients for the referral - don’t be scared to ask your current clients for a referral - especially if they’ve been seeing positive results! Share those referrals, and ask your client to do the same. Networking is the single skill that can take you from hobby to full time job when it comes to an online coaching business.
