Mastering high-ticket selling. Don’t be the bottleneck in your own business. Learn to be a leader. You’ve got to give up to go up. Great entrepreneurs are strategically lazy - there comes a stage in business where you have to do less to make more by surrounding yourself with the right support. Don’t be the bottleneck in your own business - hire people to take on the tasks that fit their zone of genius and allow you to be in your own zone of genius more often. It can be hard to to give up control, but sometimes that is the very best thing you can do for yourself and your business. Move from coach to entrepreneur. Learn how to be a leader and then lead your team to help you make that jump, taking your business to the next level. Think of it this way - don’t try and fill an 8oz glass with 30oz of liquid - you need to expand in order to be able to hold that 30oz. It never fails that after you reach a certain point in your business, it plateaus and unless you change the way that your business is functioning to allow for that expansion and growth - you’ll never be able to scale it up. What you did to get your business to this point isn’t going to work to get you to that next level. You need to have adaptability and make the necessary adjustments to allow that growth to happen.
