I’m here with the one, the only Heather McConochie! She’s signing up clients and changing lives! LifeChanger! I’m excited to do this interview coaching session experience. I want to give you the full game plan on the 20K PER MONTH strategy for the online fitness or health coach. Want to increase your take home revenue? Pay attention! In this episode Sterling and Heather discuss the following: Five core functions in all business models. Pushing your take home income to the next level. Turning a part-time side hustle to full time income. Transitioning to high six-figure level earnings.   Building long-term client relationships. Understanding the cost/benefit of initial client acquisition. Owning the worth of your services.    Changing your hustle and selling process at each stage of growth.     This episode focuses on how to go from making 10K per month to 20K+ per month, and discusses what’s needed if you want a model that takes you to a million dollars per year and beyond. Sterling talks with Heather about what it means to recognize the good problems a successful coaching program creates, and how to offer a next stage to solve those problems in order to increase client retention. He lists five key components of all businesses and Heather drills down to determine which area her business should give the most attention. Clients need help with creating lifestyle habits and ways of thinking that are sustainable. Recognize the real problem your program addresses. How can your program create this sustainability and make clients want to continue working with you? You must have a process where clients can continue with you throughout the program; it’s not a 12 week and done program. What does the next 12 months look like? What does the upsell process look like to keep them on board? How do you move clients from phase 1 to phase 2 of your program? Think about the difference in one client willing to stay in the entire program at 10K instead of getting new client after new client after new client that each leave after the initial program at 2K. Which investment is more beneficial in the long-term? Be willing to change the way you work at each stage of increasing revenue. Shift your hustle and make what you’re doing better. Think of small ways to begin outsourcing work to draw focus to a team and away from yourself. Realize that you have invested clients that are worth your time and effort. At the end of this episode, please leave Sterling a review. Screenshot it and blast it on Facebook and Instagram! As always, Peace, Love, and Gains!   Things Mentioned In This Episode:   Links to resources:
