I’m a little bit crazy obsessed; I’m constantly looking at my students and figuring out what are the students doing that are winning constantly and what are those that tend to not do as well, that struggle a little bit more? What is it that the high performers are doing that the other people seem to miss? What is it they believe? What is it that they think about? I take that, learn it, then implement it to upgrade the content in the academy and then impact the legacy of our programs.
