Welcome to the LifeChanger podcast! Today I want to tell you about my Tony Robbins breakthrough. I had just become homeless and was living out of my car, and I went to my first Tony Robbins event. I saved up for nine months because I knew that if I was going to learn how to get to the next level and figure out what to do with my career, I needed to learn from Tony Robbins himself. As a man, I didn’t even think I was worthy enough to be in a relationship with a woman much less own my own business, so I went to this Tony Robbins even with an intention of creating a business where I could help people for a living. I wanted to create some sort of self-belief and self-confidence. I put this standard on myself to become a life changer. I wanted to help people in their physical transformation. But, I thought I had to be like Tony Robbins. I thought I needed to have all these certifications and experience in order to charge somebody for coaching. So I never got paid to help people. But then I realized, what if just because somebody buys from Tony, doesn’t mean they won’t buy from me, too? What if they relate to my story more? What if they relate to your story more? I realized that the world needs all kinds of coaches because the world has different types of people. The world needs more people like you, too. Don’t hold yourself back. If I can do it, you certainly can. No matter where you’re starting from, you’ve absolutely got what it takes!
