The World Belongs to Animals by Chandrakant Bhonsle - Read by E3D (Martyn Kenneth)

This was a great read - lovely to read poems about animals and find out more about them.

Nature has gifted us some incredible teachers,
They are all different from each other with remarkable features,

A tortoise famously taught us that slow and steady wins the race,
Monkeys have played their part in discovering the marvels of space,

Ants show us how rewarding hard work can be,
Development of a butterfly is an evolutionary miracle to see,

From wolves we can learn to work together,
Foxes demonstrate how to survive and thrive in the worst weather,

Even a king like lion often faces failures in catching its prey,
Yet it never gives up and uses a new strategy every day,

Virtue of patience are best represented by tigers and snakes,
Frogs enjoy those dark rainy days by singing in the lakes,

Eagles are renowned for their concentration,
By trading land for water whales have mastered adaptation,

The animals of the world appeal to all adults and to every child,
Don't you think that they deserve to roam freely in the wild?
