She had a feeling something was wrong in her marriage, but she just felt like a "naggy wife." She confided in a good friend and was able to see that her husband had been involved in pornography addiction. Then 3 experiences with the scriptures, a temple experience, a blessing and some lessons later helped her to see the darkness she had been in and helped prepare her for what was about to happen next in her life.

The Lord had guided her in discovering her husband's addiction, she had felt guided to leave but she felt alone in her struggles, and was told to keep things quiet. She knew pornography was destroying her health, her kids, her testimony, the spirit in their home and now their marriage, but she knew she had to leave. Like the pioneers she knew, "I'm willing because I have to." She was taught that her story matters, from a trusted therapist.
