Well I thought things would calm down after hurricane Harvey and Irma but I see Jose is on his way to my area we will receive some flooding and in Virginia we flood at the drop of a dime. Am I worried? Never to much because I have a friend on my side we all know who that is (Jesus) he never lets me worry too much. AnyWho welcome to #CoffeeTalk this is the show where I get to talk about stuff. Monday's show is about ENS that is Empty Nest Syndrome don't be afraid of it I'm going to tell you some things that is going to make this look easy OK, you're gonna press the easy button on this one. We going to talk about some healthy habits if your like me we sit under a desk all day five days a week, so I have some tips that can help sitting behind the desk a little easier some of them you may know already. #2 on the talk list some about home owners/rental insurance whether your own home or rent hopefully you have some especially with today's disasters.  And finally if I have enough time I want to chat with you about some credit cards with good bene's what's the best bang for our buck's.
