Podcasts by Lit to Lift Podcast
This podcast is about finding truth through conversation, questioning our beliefs, and promoting "evidence-based" health and fitness information. The motto is learn, integrate, and transform (LIT) as that is the process we all go through when we try to change ourselves. As such, our views upon matters in fields such as the health and fitness space, philosophy, neuroscience, and so on will be modified as new evidence accumulates. Put another way, we are probably wrong about some things in every podcast and those beliefs will most likely change over time. Our hope is that your beliefs will do the same. It's also worth mentioning that this podcast was formerly called the "Lit to Life Podcast" but the topics on the podcast began to take on more of a fitness theme after May 2019, so the name was changed to the "Lit to Lift Podcast" to reflect those trends.
