Mark and Dr. Gladden welcome Dan Sullivan of Strategic Coach back to the show to talk about the thinking behind his latest book, My Plan For Living To 156. He discusses his mindset shift toward greater longevity, rather than believing he would only live about as long as his parents.

Dan talks about one of the most important changes he’s made in his life for his mindset. Dr. Gladden talks about the difference between being committed to a question versus being married to an answer.

They talk about how the mind has the ability to overcome so many physical conditions, so it is key to reprogramming the body.

Dan goes through some of his plans for getting to 156, including how he’s developing good habits and strengths.
