Taking time to pause during the day and just notice helps you reset and reconnect with yourself.  Paying attention to your breath and your body and mind for just a few moments can help your clear your mind and regain focus.  So take a moment to pause and then just notice how the rest of your day unravels with less effort and more ease.   Perhaps even take notice that you have gained mental clarity and are able to make better decisions and find yourself more productive.
