The inability to connect with one another during a pending divorce was a phase I was not prepared for. Fights and arguments between my wife and I had swelled into mountain of resentment for one another, so much that we were in the same home and couldn't so much as look at one another.

It took time and new perspectives to move past this stage of divorce. A disconnect of the heart is felt even harder while in close proximity. Separation happens on so many levels...
