According to Galyat Development Authority spokesman Ahsan Hameed, Galyat received three feet of snow in just one day while the second spell, which lasted for four days before Friday, had a total of two and a half feet which destroyed the life system.
The cause of the deaths was hypothermia, or suffocation caused by carbon monoxide, a decision that can only be made by authorities after a medical examination.
