As the bye week for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers comes to an end, we are joined by the Sports Director of 10 Tampa Bay to talk about some things we like, things we don't like, and things we are looking forward to.The Bucs came out of the first half of their season in first place in the NFC South, sitting at 6-2 but coming off a brutal loss to their division rival New Orleans Saints. What were some of the best moments and players that helped catapult that record to what it is? And where were some of the shortcomings that caused this team to struggle against two of the three playoff caliber teams they faced?

Heading into the second half of the year, the Buccaneers kick things off against a pair of NFC East teams in the Washington Football Team and New York Giants before heading into a difficult stretch of three playoff caliber teams in four games. We assess what the Buccaneers need to do in order to come out on top in those games and what direction the Bucs should be heading in after an important bye week.Health has been an issue all season and it will continue to be but hopefully in the opposite fashion as the first half. Tampa Bay will begin to see players returning from injury as the Bucs strive to be at full strength down the stretch and into the postseason. What, besides health, should be viewed as the most important thing for the Buccaneers coming out of the bye week?
