Chargers head coach Brandon Staley spoke with the media at the NFL Combine and previewed how the team is attacking the offseason. Staley talked about his offense, the importance of system continuity for Justin Herbert and adding weapons on both sides of the ball. He said that they want to emphasize the things that Justin does well and on board a bunch of personnel that bring out the best in him. Brandon also talked as if Mike Williams was going to be back in the fold. Staley then made comments about the plan on defense, hes always looking for corners, and gave an evaluation of Michael Davis. Chargers coaches were in high demand this offseason. Staley introduces his new coaching staff including new offensive line coach Brendan Nugent and new special team coordinator Ryan Ficken.
