The Chargers went into Philly and came away with a quality win, topping the Eagles 27-24! The Chargers offense saw some great bounce back performances by quarterback Justin Herbert, and wide receiver Keenan Allen. Herbie threw for 356 yards and scored 3 times. Two through the air, and 1 on the ground. While Keenan Allen hauled in 12 catches on 13 targets for 104 yards. The bolts also did a phenomenal job of using the Tight ends to incredible effectiveness, as they combined for 11 catches, 126 yards, and 2 touchdowns. The special teams unit was the best it has been all season. The defense was flattened by the eagles rushing attack, surrendering 176 yards and 2 touchdowns. The Chargers finished the game by melting more than 6 minutes off the clock, and kicking a go ahead 29-yard field goal to seal the victory! The improve to 5-3 and first place in the AFC West!
