Personally, I hate the trade because the Devils traded away Palmieri and Zajac for two minor leaguers (Greer and Jobst) and two trash draft picks (2021 1st round pick + a future conditional pick). However, Gil is going to help provide a unique perspective on the trade, while also rubbing it in our face. The future is certainly going to be interesting for New Jersey.
