The Jets have now hired a head coach and their three coordinators. The team needs to fill out its roster of position coaches, an ongoing process, but things are starting to settle down a bit. We can begin focusing on the offseason.

Needs aren't just about the Jets needing a player at X position. Some needs are roles that need to be filled that could conceivably be handled by players at multiple positions.
