All eyes are on Sam Darnold at Jets training camp this year. Yesterday was my first look at the third overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, and I wanted to share my initial thoughts on today's podcast.
As always, I would discourage you from reading too much into the results of one practice. With practice, we don't even get the benefit of replay to see whether our analysis missed something on a given play.With that in mind, my initial impressions of Darnold were largely positive. He did a number of impressive things both presnap and postsnap, and that is what we discuss on today's show.
