The tidal wave of recent successes from Boston teams have created a brand now type of Red Sox fan. A 26 year old fan who goes by @FRUC1 on Twitter has come of age only knowing championships and not seeing how a non championship team has value.
It is not his fault. He has a different perspective. And the New England Sports fan that I was is part of a dying breed that will eventually go extinct.
That is a form of evolution and it proves my concept of "The Rule of Seven."
