Even though the Packers don't have a rookie QB salary, they do have a compressed timeframe that salary creates. The Rams and Bears used that window to build in free agency and create contending teams in the NFC. Green Bay has enough money to spend this offseason with quality players at need positions available. They should consider taking a similar approach to going all-in for the short-term in order to maximize Aaron Rodgers while he's still Aaron Rodgers.
