Hobbies and interests when not working: Spending time with my husband and pets, traveling, reading for my book club and attending Orange Theory Fitness classes.
Why I Love What I Do: As a law school student, I spent my first summer interning with the San Francisco Sheriff’s Department at “Prisoner Legal Services.” Prisoner Legal Services offered me the unique opportunity to work inside of the San Francisco County Jails assisting inmates with their criminal and civil questions. This was an incredible opportunity for me to listen to the stories of the lives of many men and woman incarcerated. This unique experience fueled my desire to work as a zealous advocate for my clients and be an effective and compassionate criminal defense attorney. I will never forget the stories of those whom I met; I carry them with me each day I am, in court fighting for our clients’ rights.
