Every now and then I learn something completely and excitingly new after 8 years of interviewing people and today I learnt more about the audio neural pathways (ie the link between our ear function, brain and nervous system) from our guest, Rafaele Joudry. Rafaele has dedicated her life to helping people overcome auditory problems and enhance their lives through better ear and brain health. She pioneered the first portable Sound Therapy program after discovering how the program could benefit her mother's hearing difficulties. Rafaele holds a Master of Psychology specializing in Sound Therapy. She has authored dozens of articles plus three best-selling books: Sound Therapy: Music to Recharge Your Brain, Triumph Over Tinnitus and Why Aren't I Learning? Sound Therapy International has treated many thousands of clients for conditions such as autism, stroke, brain injury, insomnia, Parkinson's, tinnitus, depression, Alzheimer's, and many other conditions using the Tomatis method of sound therapy that is - stimulation of the brain using high-frequency sound to repair the audio-neural pathways. Enjoy exploring sound therapy and head to the show notes for all the details of our sponsor offers this month - there are some great ones! lowtoxlife.com/podcast
