Renowned journalist and Twitterite Ahmed Al Omran enters the queue to discuss media censorship on a local and international level.

We delve into our specific exposures to censorship in the video games we played and the TV shows and movies we watched growing up and how this has since changed in some form or stagnated in others on a regional level.

In an age of political sensitivity and social correctness we tackled the more modern instances of censorship with some notable video game examples such as Fallout being banned in India for featuring Brahmin and Spec Ops: The Line being banned locally for showing Dubai in disrepair; and the subsequent effects of those censorships.

Omran gives us a delving into his experiences with censorship as a journalist and how he maneuvers about the political and social eggshells in order to deliver a pristine and authentic product.
