With no football currently going on at present due to the Coronavirus shutdown, we caught up with former Luton Town star Jake Howells for a look back at his career.

Jake joined Kev and Simon from their own homes to reminisce on a career that saw the midfielder come through the youth ranks at Kenilworth Road and go on to record over 300 appearances for the club.

In an honest chat, Jake discusses beating Norwich in the FA Cup and what winning the Conference and getting the club back into the league meant to him. He also goes through the low times such as being dropped for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final, the play-off final defeats and how hard missing out on promotion was and much more!

He also gives his thoughts on requesting to leave the club and being released by Nathan Jones. The podcast concludes with a message to the fans from Jake and what the club still means to him.
