Kevin Harper, James Cunliffe and Tony Murray return for the March edition of the Luton Town Supporters' Trust podcast.



With Luton top of League and five points clear with 11 games to go, things are on the pitch are on the up and up, but on Monday March 11 there is a colossal decision due on the club's Newlands Park planning application.



Approval could act as a catalyst for the regeneration of the town and provide the crucial funding that to ensure a new 17,500-seat stadium is built at Power Court, after that application was approved by Luton Borough Council in January.



But Newlands Park is opposed by Capital & Regional, the owners of The Mall shopping centre, and the trio talk about what this could mean for the town and the football club of Luton.



The boys also turn their attention to on-field matters after the Hatters extended their unbeaten League One run to 22 games, which included breaking a club record for the longest unbeaten streak in the Football League. 



They review the February fixtures, which included victories against Wycombe Wanderers, Fleetwood Town and Rochdale and a home draw against Coventry City.
