S7 E21: The deep dive - Doughty for England? | Ogbene’s introduction | How to solve VAR - a podcast by ltst

Kev and James are joined by Trust board member and Luton fan Helen Gatward for her debut on the podcast in our monthly episode for October. Different to our regular weekly pre-match and post-match pods, this is where we take a deeper dive look at all things Luton Town.

After reflecting on the horrendous racial abuse suffered by striker Elijah Adebayo, the trio turn their attention to a couple of his team-mates to focus in depth on. They are the left-sided pair of Alfie Doughty and Chiedozie Ogbene.

Once they finish waxing lyrical over those two men the thoughts turn to VAR and how it can be improved. All three give their opinion on whether it should stay or go and what they would like to see change should it stay.

The podcast concludes with a chat about the signing of Andros Townsend and rumours of what might arrive in January before weighing up the current chances of the Town beating the drop come the end of the season.
