Eva Sapi is an Associate Professor of Biology and Environmental Science at New Haven University. She joined the University of New Haven faculty in 2001. Professor Sapi grew up in Hungary and earned her Ph.D. in genetics before coming to the United States for postdoctoral training in molecular biology at the Yale University’s School of Medicine.

Dr. Sapi researches Lyme Disease, Pathogenic Biofilm, Antibiotics Resistance, and Different Morphology of Borrelia burgdorferi.
