Injuries, we all hate them, and after they happen there is always speculation about how the club will go without the injured player. Injuries affect much more than just player availability though, and that's what we focus on in this episode. We look at things like replacement cost, development set backs, and how it can impact the career of a player. Also, given the long term injury to Alex Rance, we have taken this opportunity to revise our prediction on a Ranceless Richmond. Finally, our talks in this episode promoted us to reach out to Beyond Blue so we can partner with them to reduce the impact of anxiety, depression and suicide in Australia.
