Designing a flat roof that can stay on during high winds is no small feat, but Tom Kelly has done it using basic science principles and a new kind of sustainable construction board called Kelly Green Board.

Then they discuss the new board (like plywood) that Kelly Green Board is manufacturing out of recycled and unused plastics that is changing the face of roof (and other) construction.
