Ryan worked in healthcare for over 21 years, the last 17 administering anesthesia for patients in Houston, TX. One day he realized that all his golden eggs were in one basket, handcuffed to high high-income W-2 job and 401K. So he decided to take action and build or buy gooses (real estate assets) that lay golden eggs whether he is in the hospital or not.
