Armando Banuelos is from Visalia, CA.  He has been in real estate investing for over 15 years.  He has traditionally purchased from court house auctions and is consistently flipping over 200 homes a year with his business partner, Isaias.  In the past few years he and Isais have pivoted and sought opportunities outside of their backyard, purchasing deals in other states including Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and Illinois. 

Isaias Escobedo has been involved in real estate since 2010 when he joined Armando’s team. He supports the team in various areas of the business from acquisitions to disposition of assets and  is the designated broker for the in-house brokerage portion of the business, Capitol Real Estate Group, Inc.  He currently leads multifamily acquisitions.
