Are there people in your life that you wish would get their act together or at least try to get their act together? Me too. 

And despite what I used to think there is absolutely no way to ‘get’ someone to do anything. There are no tricks, no secret formulas and no special incantations that can convince someone and change their their mind. In my experience the harder I push the more people push away.

But, that doesn’t mean you can’t inspire someone to change, it doesn’t mean you can be motivating and it doesn’t mean you can’t be inspiring. In this episode I discuss things that I’ve found helpful in motivating/inspiring people which hopefully you can use and apply.
