Life will hand you a crisis and, whether they are a pending pandemic, or of a personal nature, they will affect you the same way.

I’m far from an expert on how to handle a crisis, I’ve lost my cool and made poor decisions many times in my life, but on today’s podcast, I want to talk about the things that I’ve found helpful when you’re in a crisis.
