They say breaking up is hard to do..... and it IS! The loss of a relationship can be completely devastating, gut wrenching and life changing. You may find yourself doing some good old fashioned crazy - I’m talking country music kind of crazy…. like following and unfollowing all of his exes on instagram….. considering your cooky cousin’s idea of sneaking into his room to put an app on his phone that tracks all of his communications and location starts to seem like…. eh….. maybe not that bad…. or maybe just the classic drive by his house and hide in his bushes for a couple of hours starts to seem like genuine concern for his well being (you know…. just to make sure he’s okay)..... you start to become someone you don't even recognize and frankly if your best friend told she was doing this, you might arrange an intervention- or at least a girl’s night out to get her mind off him.

We are truly wired to connect and the loss of love is the ultimate disconnection. What if there were a way to fully honor ourselves and the love we once had and fully heal and learn something to benefit future relationships? Wouldn't it be awesome if a therapist or somebody developed a game plan for that?

Guess what.... someone did! It is called Conscious Uncoupling and was made popular by Gweneth Paltrow and Chris Martin but it was developed by Katherine Woodward Thomas, a rockstar therapist and really cool person all around. Well, what are we waiting for? Let's hear about it from her. Let's Get Started!
