Razzak Mirjan is the founder of the partner charity of Man Down, Beder. Beder is a fantastic charity, launched in November 2019, raising awareness around mental health and suicide prevention. I talk to Razzak about the story behind the charity, the amazing work that they have already been able to do in such a short space of time and how he looks after his own mental health.
