At the end of the next working day, revisit the tasks you’ve set yourself and with a clearer mind evaluate what you’ve done towards the tasks.Reduce the amount going into your diary and compartmentalise when you can take meetings. Create blocked out times when you’re seeing clients or going out of the office and add a buffer to allow for travel time before and after the meeting so that you’re not rushed.
