Yes, there is an opposition from Uranus/Pluto to Mars/Saturn but they don't cause as much confusion as Neptune does.

Also natal Mercury is in Pisces.

Transiting Uranus conjunct/retro to Libra Ascendant.

Transiting Neptune conjunct Moon in Sagittarius.

Transiting Mercury and Moon in Pisces conjunct Mars and Saturn.
