I find it fascinating that the one of the simplest, easiest yet, most powerful self-development practices of being grateful and appreciative is often cast aside because of the myths that: it takes too long, is too difficult, isn't powerful enough, and so on.
ALL FALSE! If anyone takes even a few real focused minutes daily practicing for even just a week or 2 I have every confidence they will experience the massive benefits of a gratitude and appreciation practice.
