Meditation is a big deal these days. I've been meditating for over 30 years and its been such blessing to my life, I often forget that there are many people who dont understand meditation, are afraid of it, think its too weird or boring, etc. Well we all know that relaxation is good for us and I know that for me and many other millions of people around the world meditation is the best way to relax deeply and consistently on a daily basis. Therefore, I am going to give you a quick relaxation mediation in less than 15 minutes you can do anytime except when you are operating machinery or driving a vehicle.
