Andrew discusses his successful techniques as a leader, after becoming the first director of England cricket, eventually overseeing the team's return to number one in the world!

Katherine also gets top tips on the management and development of athletes from GB head coaches Paula Dunn of British Athletics and Greg Baker of British Para Table Tennis.
