Today I’m excited to talk to aromatherapist, teacher and aroma product developer Ingrid K.
Ingrid has a long history with essential oils and aromatherapy and today she works with developing holistic spa lines to hotels around the world as well as individual products.
It was a pleasure to scratch the surface as we get tips to what to use in these times, what to think about in regards to building our own aroma pharmacy as well as listening to what’s in her pip-line and life.
After our talk that is about 60 minutes we go straight to the guided igniting meditation. Here we take a walk in to a beautiful gold, magic forest that aligns us with our purpose and connect us to our inner wisdom and all that is.
It is a strong energy of relaxation as well as feeling effortless and light as we get in contact with this vibration.
I feel that the energy we are connecting to has shifted since the summer and it’s as if we are tapping into, for us new and exciting portals and dimensions.
