Rachel and Lucy share their inspiring stories, work, experiences and health messages.
I met Rachel and Lucy on my energy adventure last year, when I stayed at their beautiful resort The Pineapple House in Canggu, Bali.
Beginning of May they launched an 25h online Breathwork teacher training course that feels so in time with what is going on and servers both instructors and anyone passionate about improving health and life. You’ll hear more about it in this pod.
After we go straight into a guided igniting meditation where we connect to our third eye for a clearer view of our life and help to see and expand our seed of Lust for Life that is growing within us all.
The energy in the meditation was eager to come forth even though it feels calm and peaceful. A great platform to connect and let our passion seed grow.
