Welcome to a new pod episode of Meditation Jam with Maria Rinné!
Today I’m happy to introduce my new feature “5 Questions – Different perspectives”.
Every second pod episode I will have a guest joining the first part, talking a bit about their work. Then before we get into the meditation of the day, I’ll ask 5 questions that will be the same to all my guests.
I’m very excited to have had my first guest Maria Wahlström in today’s pod. Maria is a beautiful woman that is well grounded. She has made choices in life from here heart that has led her to both her Love as well as a PhD through research within Medi Yoga (Medical Yoga) within Cardiovascular Medicine, for over a decade.
She is working together with Swedish hospitals both with the research and to help implement this. You’ll hear part of her story in this pod.
