Steve and David are back this week to talk about the cyclical nature of all things. The darkness of winter can seem insurmountable without the expectation of spring, and yet these same dark times are what cause the sunny days of summer to be so joyous. 

In order for us to continue growing and moving forward in spite of what is happening in the world (and despite the causes), we have to have faith that what we are doing, who we are becoming, and why we wake up every morning to make those things happen matters. 

This episode is a little bit of a culmination of the first part of Season 2, where some of the truths and constants mentioned early will be brought up again.

We know that you guys are out there experiencing the gamut of human emotions. Know that you're not alone. And that this too shall pass.
