Derek grew up in a military family and graduated from George Mason University. After graduating he went on to work in Cybersecurity. Though he was not in the spotlight for most of his life, that all changed when he was cast on Married at First Sight and sparked a relationship with Katie Conrad. Though they were a hot topic with fans, they, unfortunately, did not last. Now Derek is spending his time traveling with friends and isn’t rushing into marriage again!
